I'm Malo Chaperon — the filmmaker and photographer behind Rivage Films.

For years, I've been turning wedding days into films, for couples worldwide. I'm drawn to the little things: a look across the room, a laugh between two moments, the energy of a dance floor, the details you might miss while living the day.

My approach is simple: stay close, stay discreet, and let the day happen.

I like films that feel like you were there — with rhythm, personality and a soundtrack that makes you want to watch them again.

And during the week, I'm a Product Designer at Back Market. A slightly unusual combination, perhaps — but one that has shaped the way I approach filmmaking. I'm used to thinking about people, emotions, rhythm and the details that shape an experience.
